Sr. Manager of Program Management

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Care Experience organization. This role oversees the Telehealth project management function and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process improvement, and seamless coordination across product, clinical, operations, and growth teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver care at scale. This role combines program strategy, people leadership, and execution excellence—turning business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and guide a growing team to deliver initiatives that make care more efficient, scalable, and impactful.
