Own end-to-end designβfrom discovery and prototyping to polished deliveryβwith high-quality craft. Translate ambiguity into clear problem framing, user journeys, and interaction patterns. Apply strategic and systems thinking to create scalable patterns across new and existing surfaces. Use the design system as a foundation; extend patterns thoughtfully to scale. Work with Research and Data Science to turn insights into clear design decisions.
Make data-informed decisions that improve metrics such as engagement, retention, and subscriptions. Design for experimentation to validate direction and iterate quickly. Balance customer needs with business goals, technical constraints, and risk. Partner with Legal to ensure compliant, trustworthy experiences. Present clear narratives from insight to outcome; align stakeholders and earn approvals. Document flows, edge cases, and rationale to enable smooth implementation and QA. Strengthen the design teamβs practices through critiques, feedback loops, and high-velocity iteration. Uphold and elevate the quality bar across product and brand.
