This position requires experience working directly with sales teams, clients and agencies, as well as our internal teams including but not limited to: music marketing, business operations, accounting/finance, legal, production and more. A deep understanding of the creative strategy process across multiple mediums, the ability to drive productivity amidst ambiguity, and uphold the brand cachet of Spotify while incorporating and balancing the needs of a brand is essential.
You will act as a leader and expert within the Creative Strategy team by growing and managing the largest revenue driving verticals, displaying authentic partnership skills with sales and other cross functional teams, partnering closely with senior leadership on core strategic business challenges, and elevating the love and dedication to Spotify both internally and externally. You will own the strategy of proposals and projects from start to finish, uniting music and podcast solutions across audience segments, brand building tactics, and content.
