Job Description
The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and driving the Salesforce product roadmap across regions. They ensure the platform meets business needs while maintaining scalability, data quality, and adherence to best practices and governance standards. This role is central to enabling adoption, supporting phased rollouts to international markets, and maximising the value of Salesforce across the organisation.
Responsibilities include product ownership and roadmap management, cross-functional partnership, platform adoption and change enablement, governance and best practices, and execution and delivery. Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Product Owner, Admin, or CRM Product Management experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
