Alliance Manager

Manage client projects independently from order initiation through execution and post-project documentation, providing timely updates and proactively managing milestones. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Partner with the Sales team to support client discussions and with Product Management to provide input on timelines. Organize and lead internal and external meetings, ensuring all action items are documented. Regularly share manufacturing timelines, highlight risks, and address quality concerns. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and Supply Chain to ensure timely product delivery. Act as a client advocate, identifying and resolving issues with urgency. Contribute to the development of project management best practices.
