Job Description
Karel-Gordon & Associates, a Strongpoint Partner, is looking for a Junior Retirement Plan Administrator who will take full ownership of a caseload of small defined contributions plans.
The candidate will administer full-cycle plan operations, perform compliance testing, coordinate year-end valuations, reconcile plan assets, and manage census data.
The candidate will also recommend and evaluate plan design changes, communicate with clients, and leverage internal systems to improve accuracy.
