Overview:
- Support content development, publishing, and community engagement within a Pod.
- Report to a Senior Content & Engagement Manager or Associate Director of C&E.
Key Focus Areas:
- Execute daily content calendars, publishing, and community response frameworks.
- Maintain quality control for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
- Support social reporting and synthesize learnings with senior leads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in social content creation, community management, or publishing.
- Strong knowledge of IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X.
- Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Canva, and Figma.
