Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We're building npiQ, a healthcare data platform that helps pharmaceutical and medical device companies identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare space. We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own critical parts of our data-intensive platform - from multi-dimensional scoring algorithms processing millions of provider records to the real-time search interface that makes it all accessible. You'll work on complex technical challenges, optimizing database queries, and building features that turn massive datasets into actionable insights. Build full-stack features, design and optimize data-intensive pipelines, implement complex algorithms, and optimize database performance. Collaborate, own features end-to-end, review code, and mentor other engineers.
