Job Description
Define and evolve the vision for batch processing capabilities, including orchestration tools, scheduling frameworks, and operational dashboards. Partner with data engineering, infrastructure, and analytics teams to understand batch processing needs and translate them into platform features. Gather and prioritize requirements for batch workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise data strategy. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of batch platform features—from ideation and design to rollout and continuous improvement. Define KPIs to measure platform performance, job success rates, latency, and user satisfaction; drive continuous optimization.
