Customs Operations Specialist

Export Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare complete documentation packages and verify accuracy of commercial data.
• Respond to inquiries from customs authorities and ensure compliance with EU regulations.

Customs Broker and Authority Coordination:

• Manage daily communication with brokers and authorities to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders during customs reviews and audits.

Rules of Origin and Preferential Trade:

• Assess product eligibility under trade agreements and manage Supplier's Declarations.
• Support T2 procedures and maintain accurate origin documentation.

Process Improvement and Automation:

• Identify opportunities to improve customs workflows and collaborate with IT.
• Develop scalable compliance processes and ERP improvements.
