Job Description
The Clinical Specialist supports regional sales teams through market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education, training, customer service, and follow-up. Working with the Regional Sales Manager, the specialist develops and implements strategies to increase market share and improve customer service. They educate customers on product use via presentations and demonstrations, keep them updated on product developments, and assist in training new employees. The Specialist also serves as a clinical support resource, reporting product incidents, responding to customer needs, developing relationships, and securing orders. They must adhere to quality management systems and relevant regulations.
