Job Description
As the Quality Assurance BCBA, you'll focus on:
- Reviewing treatment plans to meet insurance and regulatory standards, aligning with medical necessity.
- Verifying treatment plans meet ethical, legal, and insurance requirements and guidelines.
- Monitoring data integrity to ensure goals and progress reports are accurate.
Additionally, you will:
- Offer feedback to improve clarity and effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Support the development of standardized templates and guidelines for treatment planning.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to improve treatment planning.
