About the Role:

  • Opportunity for a sharp, driven marketer to learn performance marketing.
  • You'll be in the work everyday — running tests, pulling analysis, building frameworks.
  • Develop across all of them offer strategy, consumer psychology, funnel design, and statistically rigorous experimentation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Apply psychological pricing principles and perceived value tactics.
  • Define how pricing and promotions are presented across landing pages and funnels.
  • Analyze experiment results rigorously, interpreting tradeoffs across AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and network margin.

  • Works collaboratively with managers, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve identified goals and objectives.
  • Conveys information in a clear, accurate, and appropriate way in verbal and written communications.
  • Takes ownership of work, projects, challenges and outcomes.

What Success Looks like over the next 12 months:

  • Complete onboarding across GiddyUp's platforms, systems, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Launch, analyze, and document pricing and promotion experiments end-to-end within established frameworks.
  • Operate with increasing autonomy as a trusted execution partner to the Senior PMM.
