Demand & Supply Planning Manager

Join the Demand & Supply Planning team and take responsibility for innovative delivery and inventory planning to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. You will contribute to our success by focusing on continuous improvements in close collaboration with team members, the Supply Chain Excellence team, and suppliers. About your Tasks: Managing the demand and supply balance to maintain healthy inventory levels while maximizing supply availability for your portfolio. Handling the daily order process, supported by our planning tool. Monitoring and improving relevant supply chain KPIs. Tracking and communicating the status of critical supply disruptions. Promoting collaboration with other departments, such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance, as well as suppliers. Participating in end-to-end optimization projects.
