Engineering Manager

In this role, you’ll lead a team of full-stack engineers and have the opportunity to directly impact our product suite and grow and mentor your team. Our current technology stack includes NodeJS, Typescript, React, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH. Dive into technical challenges, contribute to architecture reviews, and ensure engineering excellence through creating a strong culture of simple, maintainable, and well-tested code. Collaborate with design and product management to define and communicate product vision and technical architecture. Shape and delegate engineering tasks, ensuring clarity, alignment, and progress.
