About the Role:
- Own the accounting function for Straub Collaborative and affiliated entities.
- Report to the CFO and lead a small accounting team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead monthly close, reporting, variance analysis, and external audits.
- Manage cash forecasts, budgets, payroll entries, controls, and workflow improvements.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel.
- Five-plus years of progressive experience including staff supervision.
