Contact center specialist utilize contact center-related technology to reach out to prospective students who have expressed an interest in one of Academic Partnershipsβ partner university programs. The responsibilities include presenting information and answering initial questions about online degree programs, being professional and helpful, and working in alignment with the company culture. Strive to be effective and efficient, paying attention to metrics, and becoming proficient on technology systems used by the team. Document interactions and use systems adhering to training and policies. Engage in special projects as assigned. This is a work from home position.
