Job Description

Lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of global paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable ROI. Manage large-scale budgets and make data-driven decisions to maximize performance. Develop and execute advanced testing frameworks, automation strategies, and bidding models. Monitor KPIs closely, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing global Paid Search campaigns and proven success working with large or unlimited budgets under strict performance KPIs. They should have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and strong communication skills in English; confident working with international stakeholders. Passion for paid search and performance marketing, with curiosity to stay ahead of industry changes is also a plus.
