What the Growth Team Does:

• Defines objectives and measures impact for company initiatives.
• Partners with product, marketing, sales, and finance to surface insights.
• Runs experiments and develops new analytical approaches to improve growth metrics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify growth opportunities and measure execution against targets weekly.
• Perform ongoing data analysis and design experiments end to end.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track OKRs across cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years analytical or strategy experience, ideally in product analytics and GTM at a high-growth startup.
• Fluency in SQL with ability to author complex queries.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and finance stakeholders.
