Senior Director, Risk Performance

This role will lead the development and execution of Aledade’s strategy for complete and accurate diagnosis documentation and risk adjustment. This role is responsible for shaping technical services, and building out and advancing Aledade’s reporting infrastructure to support high-quality, data-driven decision-making. Primary duties include platform improvements, developing strategies to improve risk adjustment market capture, and leading strategic projects in Risk workstreams. Collaborate within and across departments for platform improvements for operational execution by the Field. Develop strategies and tactics to improve risk adjustment market capture through technology and product enhancements. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement across departments and lead strategic projects in Risk workstreams related to Clinical Documentation Integrity, revenue integrity, vendor management, and data-driven decisions. They will also manage direct reports across multiple workstreams, including CDI, Risk Intervention Strategy, Performance, and Operations.
