Job Description

Responsible for answering customer service inquiries and promoting products and services within a call center environment. This job also involves back-office non-phone work processing emails, document reviews, research and other offline requests. Support new and existing customers by answering inquiries in an inbound call environment, as well as email requests, while maintaining a high level of quality ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with internal departments and partners/programs to resolve customer issues, escalating as needed. Determine appropriate products and services that can be Route to the appropriate service center as needed. Document call information related to the partner referrals, service calls, and call/issue types for trending analysis. Provide input and support to workflow process efficiencies and new products. Keep supervisor abreast of trends and potential issues that are occurring in our call centers. Support back-office non-phone work including email processing, document review, offline requests, research, and other processes maintaining a high level of quality ensuring accuracy and timely completion of process work. Other duties as assigned.
