Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each patient's needs and goals.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida PMHNP license and DEA registration required.
- At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based behavioral health.
- Experience treating patients across the lifespan and independently managing complex cases.
