Job Description

As the Compensation Manager, you will be the compensation business partner for our functional leads and help drive forward the design and administration of our variable compensation programs across all orgs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business strategy. This person will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in compensation principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. This role will report directly to the SVP of Strategy & Finance. In this role, you will also develop materials to support the delivery of compensation plans, collaborate with various departments to align on compensation-related matters, and prepare compensation reporting dashboards. You will also maintain a source of truth for OTE & variable compensation plans. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years specialized in compensation, demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data, managing projects, and communicating effectively. A strong grasp of compensation principles is crucial.
