React Native Engineer

As a React Native Engineer on the Banking team at OnePay, you will build simple and beautiful mobile experiences for everyday money movement and account management that millions rely on. You'll ship high-quality features across iOS and Android for core banking journeys, including onboarding, cross-sells, rewards, transfers, card management, and cash advance. Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate requirements into performant, reliable mobile interfaces with clear ownership from concept through release. Employ best practices in testing and CI/CD to deliver with quality and speed, including automated unit and integration tests. Improve mobile performance, accessibility, and resilience, instrumenting analytics and monitoring to ensure seamless experiences at scale. Contribute to our shared mobile platform by adopting design system components, navigation patterns, and developer tooling that enable consistency and velocity. Leverage React best practices to deliver optimized code that results in elegant user experiences by writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices. You will lead technical decisions, architecture, and code reviews, always raising the bar in code quality.
