Job Description
The Finance Manager will own the day-to-day and strategic finance function for our growing business. Reporting to the CEO and supervising one finance admin assistant, this role keeps our books accurate in Xero, ensures timely and insightful reporting for leadership, and produces forward-looking forecasts that guide decision-making. The ideal candidate blends hands-on bookkeeping discipline with analytical skill and a collaborative style suited to a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping in Xero, preparing financial reports, building forecasts, coordinating budgeting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and liaising with external accountants. The role also involves implementing financial controls, supporting strategic projects, and mentoring the finance admin assistant.
