Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer environments on the ERM intelligence platform and produce actionable intelligence alerts and reports.
- Investigate urgent issues such as cyber attacks and incidents, including threat actors, attack tools, and techniques.
- Resolve Tier 1 technical issues and answer customer follow-up requests.
Qualifications:
- Background in WEBINT, OSINT, and HUMINT gathering, source verification, data fusion, and intelligence analysis.
- Experience using SaaS platforms and fluency in English.
- Availability to work in 24/7 shifts 365 days and a team player eager to learn.
