Senior Learning Experience Designer

The Senior Learning Experience Designer manages a team of Learning Experience Designers, oversees the creation of high-quality curricula, and ensures all programs align with learning principles and strategic goals. This role acts as both a coach and a project manager by guiding the design team and setting up workflows. Responsibilities include overseeing the design of new programs, ensuring learning experiences are practical, scalable, and industry-relevant. The designer will collaborate with industry subject matter experts and institutions to co-create cutting-edge program content. The Senior Learning Experience Designer will also use learner performance data, track completion metrics, and gather feedback to iteratively improve course design and delivery. They will also ensure alignment with codified learning principles and institutional standards.
