As a Program Delivery Intern, you will collaborate with the Program team on program operations, community experience, learner support, and communications to deliver an exceptional learner experience by leading engagement efforts across community platforms and email channels, designing interactive events, analysing learner behaviour, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

The Senior Learning Experience Designer manages a team of Learning Experience Designers, oversees the creation of high-quality curricula, and ensures all programs align with the learning principles and strategic goals. The designer will act as both a coach and a project manager, guiding the design team, setting up workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality.

Design powerful, learner-centered experiences that are practical, engaging, and scalable. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate industry expertise into structured curricula, lessons, assessments, and activities. Apply learning design frameworks and tools to create programs that align with institutional principles, integrate innovative formats (including AI-enabled tools), and achieve measurable learner outcomes.

You will research industry trends, skills gaps, and learner needs across geographies, and transform these insights into recommendations for new program verticals and curriculum improvements; this role requires a mix of analytical rigor, curiosity, and creativity; you’ll work closely with learning designers, industry partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure our programs remain relevant, future-oriented, and aligned with real workforce demand.
