Job Description

As a Data Analyst at Doola, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our data-driven approach within the organization. You'll be responsible for empowering our early-stage marketing, product, and growth teams to make informed decisions that drive our mission of helping 1 billion founders turn their dream ideas into thriving US businesses. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of our data structure, transforming raw information into actionable visualizations, and partnering with growth and marketing teams to analyze the full customer journey. You will use predictive analyses to set priorities, conduct tests to improve user experiences, retention, and revenue, and create dashboards that provide insights into campaign performances. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, defining technical improvements to our marketing analytics stack, and managing analytical projects from start to finish.
