Job Description
The Outpatient Clinician is responsible for collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to create an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the body, mind, and spirit of each client. The Outpatient Clinician is to provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitate intake assessments, collaborate with external providers and community resources, and provide coverage and support as assigned.
Your Role: Hold and maintain a clinical caseload of clients in a Outpatient SUD Treatment Program. Facilitate outpatient groups with a focus on integrated care. Provide client intake assessments and assess appropriate level of client care. Conduct therapeutic treatment utilizing best practices of counseling, case management, and crisis intervention. Create a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan, including referrals for Family Wellness, Psychiatric Services, MATS, etc. Collaborate with family members, former providers, and referents. Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation. Comply with all federal, state, and accreditation regulatory requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, individual, and group supervision. Attend trainings to improve clinical skills as assigned/indicated.
