Transform how the skilled trades hire, bringing modern, AI-powered solutions to the construction industry, a sector long underserved by traditional HR tech. As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be a part of a high growth company where speed and iteration are key. Own product slices end-to-end: sketch UX, code, test, ship, and measure QA features to ensure they meet customer needs. Automate everything—tests (GitHub Actions), Terraform modules, container builds, serverless deployments. Build daily in our React + Vite SPA and instrument code with Grafana Faro, logs, and traces. Contribute across the dev lifecycle, partnering with design and eng to ship features that scale with demand.
