Staff Product Designer, Visual & Motion

As a Staff Product Designer specializing in visual and motion design, you will lead the creation and implementation of design systems that define the look, feel, and interactive behaviors of complex software products. You will own the visual and motion standards, ensuring they are precise, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into engineering workflows. This role offers the opportunity to influence how thousands of screens communicate hierarchy, feedback, and brand personality through deliberate design.

Accountabilities include defining and maintaining the visual specifications of the design system, establishing motion and interaction frameworks, translating brand direction into component-ready specifications, and collaborating with engineering to ensure technical feasibility. You will also set quality benchmarks, mentor design teams, and create patterns for dynamic product behaviors.
