Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of the RevOS data architecture within Databricks and the DHA War Data Platform.
- Develop a target-state canonical revenue-cycle data model and implement Bronze → Silver → Gold medallion architecture.
- Build reusable semantic datasets and optimized SQL structures to consistently calculate RevOS KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Active SECRET Clearance and Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of enterprise data engineering experience.
- Senior-level hands-on experience with Databricks, including Databricks SQL and AI/BI dashboards.
- Strong experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, Python, Delta Lake, and data pipeline orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Advana and/or the War Data Platform (WDP).
- Direct experience with DHA, MHS, or DoD healthcare data and healthcare revenue-cycle data.
- Familiarity with GitLab-based DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing.
