Job Description
The Senior UI/UX Designer will own end-to-end design for major product initiatives, from research to information architecture, prototypes, and polished UI. You will design user flows for operators, marketers, and admins across web and mobile. In addition, you'll contribute to and mature PAR’s design system with accessible, scalable design patterns – while translating business and technical requirements into clear, efficient, task-oriented workflows. You will also partner with Product Management and Engineering across discovery, definition, and delivery as well as conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs to raise overall craft quality and consistency.
