- 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage operations.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of mortgage servicing regulations.
Day in the Life:
- Reviewing servicing reports and reconciling accounting discrepancies.
- Coordinating loan boarding or servicing transfers with subservicers.
- Preparing portfolio reporting for leadership or investor review.
