Requirements & Functional Ownership:
- Partner with BSA/AML stakeholders to translate screening strategy into functional specifications.
- Serve as the BSA/AML subject matter expert for system design and regulatory alignment.
- Maintain a prioritized portfolio of enhancement requests and regulatory-driven changes.
Testing, Validation & Ongoing Monitoring:
- Own user acceptance testing for screening platform enhancements and model changes.
- Monitor screening outputs and alert volumes, leading tuning and optimization activities.
- Establish KPIs and ensure documentation supports examinations and audits.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with Technology and Product on delivery timelines and enhancement priorities.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for BSA/AML screening capabilities.
- Build and mentor teams of BSA technology analysts and functional specialists.
