Head of Compliance and Risk

About the Role:

• Serve as designated compliance officer overseeing enterprise-wide compliance management, BSA/AML/OFAC policies, and program documentation.
• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive and scalable Enterprise Risk and Compliance program.
• Drive selection and implementation of compliance tools including AML transaction monitoring and case management platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and policy analysis to determine BSA/AML and other risk exposures.
• Develop end-to-end banking-as-a-service compliance programs, including customer onboarding and ongoing risk assessments.
• Lead organizational audits and oversee third-party compliance risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of compliance experience with at least 3 years in a BSA/AML leadership role.
• Deep understanding of compliance requirements in highly regulated businesses, especially fintech or B2B commerce.
• Proven track record managing regulatory requirements and bank partner relationships.
