Job Description
Responsible for all live service-related tasks, such as owning builds and our live game incident process. Plan and oversee our live releases, patches, bugfixes, new content releases, feature updates and more. Work regularly with internal and external community management and stakeholders. Foster strong connections to ensure the consistent and timely exchange of information and materials among all relevant parties. Partner with all project teams to drive them to delivery. Evaluate priorities, scope, staffing and resources; and thoughtfully adjust business strategies to react to changing requirements. Establish multiple roadmaps and high-level schedules for product and franchise that takes into account the games launch as well as running successful post launch services and events. Champion, mentor, and manage, the professional development of the production team and the project you are supporting directly. Mitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they arise.
