Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Dynatrace - GP Remote, Colombia / Remote, Costa Rica

Gorilla Logic is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to spearhead the design and implementation of monitoring frameworks, with a focus on observability and Dynatrace expertise. The SRE will enable product and operations teams through scalable observability tooling, enforce best practices, and drive the migration of applications’ monitoring components from on-premises environments to Dynatrace SaaS. Responsibilities include serving as the technical lead for the design and delivery of monitoring stacks, meeting with stakeholders to translate observability needs, developing dashboards and alerting frameworks, and ensuring engineering teams maintain accurate SLOs and SLIs. The SRE will lead the migration of observability stacks, automate deployments using IaC tools like Terraform, and advocate for observability best practices.
