Technical Compliance Manager

What You'll Do:

• Interpret, operationalize, and maintain technical compliance requirements across all RSI jurisdictions.
• Manage the training and development of Technical Compliance Analysts and Technical Compliance Coordinators.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to triage and document issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Advise Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Operations.
• Support change management processes.
• Support investigations and incident reviews.

Audits, Testing & Documentation:

• Prepare RSI teams for regulatory audits and evaluations.
• Maintain documentation and compliance artifacts.
• Oversee validation of technical controls.
