Position Overview:
- Supports the administration and oversight of workers’ compensation, auto, property, and general liability claims.
- Partners with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), internal leadership, and store teams to monitor claims throughout their lifecycle.
- Plays a key role in ensuring effective claims management and risk mitigation.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Bonds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer internal first-party liability claims not referred to the TPA, including investigations, statement collection, and denial letter drafting.
- Prepare and present claims data and insights to leadership using PowerPoint.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service–focused roles, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and empathetically.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and claim-related timelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn risk management practices, insurance concepts, and compliance requirements.
