Job Description
Client support:
- Monitor and process emails in agency inboxes and route renewal items to the correct Account Manager.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes and other service needs.
- Assist clients in filing and updating insurance claims.
Administrative tasks:
- Process or route certificate of insurance (COI) requests.
- Prepare and process renewal certificates and associated documentation.
- Record all client interactions and update agency management system files accordingly.
Collaboration:
- Participate in team meetings, carrier webinars, and continuing education classes.
- Collaborate effectively with others using professional communication and a team-oriented approach.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and colleagues.
