Job Description

Client support:

  • Monitor and process emails in agency inboxes and route renewal items to the correct Account Manager.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes and other service needs.
  • Assist clients in filing and updating insurance claims.

Administrative tasks:

  • Process or route certificate of insurance (COI) requests.
  • Prepare and process renewal certificates and associated documentation.
  • Record all client interactions and update agency management system files accordingly.

Collaboration:

  • Participate in team meetings, carrier webinars, and continuing education classes.
  • Collaborate effectively with others using professional communication and a team-oriented approach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and colleagues.
