Lawyer

We are hiring exceptional Lawyers who are licensed in Arizona and who are driven to execute. You’ll handle high-quality, meaningful cases with the autonomy of independent practice—without the risk or grind of going solo. If you thrive on strategy, writing, filing, and delivering successful outcomes to clients, this role is for you. You’ll lead case preparation, manage client communications, and drive results across a high volume of U.S. immigration cases (e.g. EB-1A, O-1, E-2). You will own and lead cases from strategy to resolution, prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications, and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other USCIS correspondence. You will serve as the point of contact for clients during active casework and work with intake and support teams to ensure timely filings.
