Director of Logistics - Remote

Responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s end-to-end logistics network—including local fleet operations, national carrier management, and outsourced network design functions. This role plays a strategic and tactical leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods across Graham’s North American footprint. The Director partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement a long-term logistics strategy to support manufacturing operations, customer delivery expectations, and cost targets. Oversee Fleet Managers and local driver teams, ensuring compliance with DOT/CDL regulations, on-time delivery, and driver safety performance. Manage and develop a team of Carrier Managers responsible for third-party freight partnerships across Graham’s distribution network. Oversee outsourced and internal network design resources to optimize plant-to-customer and interplant shipping strategies. Ensure logistics operations comply with federal, state, and company safety regulations. Lead and coach a cross-functional team including Fleet Managers, Carrier Managers, and outsourced logistics analysts. Manage logistics budgets, analyze spend, and drive cost reduction through efficiency and network improvements.
