The IFP Integration Engineer will be responsible for connecting our manufacturing assets to our cloud infrastructure across GPC plants and ensuring sustainable, cultural adoption of the new systems. This requires a candidate with the ability to coordinate resources, understand PLC control systems, understand IT/OT standards and architectures to determine an optimal path towards digitization and connectivity.

Responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s end-to-end logistics network—including local fleet operations, national carrier management, and outsourced network design functions. This role plays a strategic and tactical leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods across Graham’s North American footprint. The Director partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
