Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst in the Servicing Finance team, you will support operational workflows and drive process improvement. You will triage data and operational issues, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations teams to identify root causes and recommend solutions. You will also develop tools and reporting dashboards that improve data accessibility and streamline business processes. Beyond day-to-day problem solving, you will help shape department-wide processes, enhance current workflows, and generate data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities include investigating data issues, developing SQL queries and automation, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and managing incoming work requests via Jira and Pylon.
