Regulatory and Sustainability Affairs Coordinator

The Regulatory & Sustainability Affairs Coordinator will support the development, launch, and certification of our innovative products. In this role, you will help drive forward our regulatory compliance and environmental certifications across global markets. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, science-literate, and passionate about safer, greener products. This role offers the opportunity to meaningfully impact Blueland’s mission and shape how we bring planet-friendly products to market. Responsibilities include collecting and evaluating raw material documentation, maintaining up-to-date regulatory dossiers for finished products, preparing documentation for third-party certification applications, coordinating product safety testing, and partnering with R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams to provide regulatory guidance. Also participate in cross-functional meetings to proactively identify and resolve regulatory risks, compliance issues, or certification-related constraints. Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, internal guidance documents, and regulatory tools to enable cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing.
