Associate Counsel

Reach Financial is seeking a highly motivated Associate Counsel with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate has strong litigation skills—preferably in consumer arbitrations—and is eager to transition to an in-house legal role supporting a fast-paced financial services company. Key Responsibilities: Support internal and external counsel in managing litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on consumer claims. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, motion-level documents, and appear at arbitration evidentiary hearings and assist with regulatory compliance matters. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 3 years of legal experience, preferably with a litigation or arbitration background. Strong research, writing, and computer skills
