New Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on role running the complete AP cycle across all six Reachdesk entities.
• You will manage multi-currency vendor payments and administer the Ramp corporate card program.
• You'll report to the Senior Accountant and work with a global finance operation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including vendor onboarding, invoice capture, and payment runs.
• Administer the Ramp corporate card program end-to-end and reconcile it to NetSuite.
• Support month-end close with accruals, GRNI, and aged-payables reporting.

About You:

• 5+ years of end-to-end AP experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and proficiency with a matrix GL structure.
• Experience administering a corporate card platform and knowledge of VAT/indirect tax.
