About the Role:
- This is a hands-on role running the complete AP cycle across all six Reachdesk entities.
- You will manage multi-currency vendor payments and administer the Ramp corporate card program.
- You'll report to the Senior Accountant and work with a global finance operation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable including vendor onboarding, invoice capture, and payment runs.
- Administer the Ramp corporate card program end-to-end and reconcile it to NetSuite.
- Support month-end close with accruals, GRNI, and aged-payables reporting.
About You:
- 5+ years of end-to-end AP experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience and proficiency with a matrix GL structure.
- Experience administering a corporate card platform and knowledge of VAT/indirect tax.
