Responsibilities:
- Conduct holistic reviews of AMCAS and secondary application files for medical school admissions.
- Complete primary screening by reading entire applications and scoring them based on structured criteria.
Work Arrangement:
- This is a fully remote, part-time, temporary position requiring no in-person work.
- The work is performed in two-week cycles, with deadlines each Friday, and involves reading several hundred applications per cycle.
Qualifications:
- Required: Basic computer skills, proficiency with Zoom, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work accurately and independently.
- Preferred: A Master's degree or higher, 1-2 years of experience in admissions or a related academic/healthcare field, and experience promoting diversity and inclusion.
